任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, accounts or related field.
- Experience in supply chain management, operations and leadership.
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for business operations.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners and employees.
- Understanding of ERP/Accounting system and relationship between operations and accounts transactions
- Knowledge of LEAN is a plus
- Has minimum 3 to 4 years experience in Purchasing and or Logistic
岗位职责
- To oversee the entire operations of the company, including the purchasing team and sales support
- Manage departments that are related processes linked to the sales, warehouse and accounts Responsibilities include to analyze and improve processes, quality, productivity and efficiency.
- Has knowledge in manufacturing compliance and sop
- You will be in charge of the department budget and systems transaction accuracy
