任职资格
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position
- Must be able to work on shifts and be available on-call
- Able to be to make decisions on operational matters
岗位职责
- Ensuring team is following SOP and ISO procedure while on duties
- Daily reporting and reconciliation on CC transaction
- Managing amenities and linen storage & inventory
- Issue purchase requisition form
- Conducting daily huddle/ briefing
- Handling complains from email and phone calls
