任职资格
- Min 3 years Self-operated fleet related experience
- Preferable work in logistic company,
- Willing to work 6 Days Work From Office.
岗位职责
- Be responsible for the accident rate, attendance rate and profit margin of the self-operated fleet.
- Responsible for the overall management of the self-operated fleet, ensuring the timely implementation of various business processes and operation guidance requirements;
- Responsible for the analysis and monitoring of various transportation costs of the self-operated fleet, ensuring the timeliness and quality of transportation services, and monitoring the capacity process Coordinate and solve all kinds of abnormal problems in a timely manner, and be responsible for the KPI results of transportation management;
- Responsible for the daily operation normative inspection of subordinate dispatching, operation management and other modules to ensure that the actual operation meets the requirements of regional transportation management processes and operation guidance.
