任职资格
- SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
- Able to speak Mandarin and English.
- Flexible, able to multi-task and able to work as a team.
- Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
- Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
岗位职责
- Process and follow up on all transfer bookings with agents.
- Manage the online platform and monitor all online sales and activities.
- Prepare sales quotations for offline agents.
- To handle all inquiries or requests via phone, live chat, and email.
- Processing and recording on all account’s transactions.
- Provide administrative and office support activities to facilitate the smooth operation of the company.
- Assist in ad hoc related duties as assigned by superior.
