任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Understanding of typography, layout, and design principles.
- Experience creating and executing social media strategies across various platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
岗位职责
- Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for a variety of mediums including print, web, and social media.
- Create and curate content for social media channels to engage and grow our audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand standards and messaging.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with current design trends and social media best practices.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Analyze social media data to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure designs and social media content meet project objectives and timelines.
