任职资格

  • Diploma Holder in Business administration or equivalent required
  • Have 1/3/5 years of professional administration roles ;
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Practical knowledge of Administration roles;
  • Great Deal Making & Negotiation Skill;
  • Commercial savvy, business acumen, and ability to work on numerous fronts across several initiatives;
  • High-energy individual with entrepreneurial mindset, good people skills and the ability to deliver;
  • Strong Business Partnering skills;
  • Strong leadership and self-confidence in order to engage senior stakeholders.
  • High diligence, patience under strong pressure, persistent and good presentation skills;

岗位职责

Vehicle Management

  • To execute and monitor the booking/ utilization of Head Office pool vehicles.
  • To carry out daily inspection of vehicles before and after use (cleanliness, condition).
  • To monitor and execute scheduled service and maintenance and summons of Head Office vehicles and insurance of Head Office vehicles.
  • To ensures users timely settle summons issued by authorities.
  • To prepare and execute payment process for service & maintenance, leasing & fuel as per timeframe.
  • To supervise systems related to GPS etc.

Record Management

  • To ensures the distribution and labelling of cartons tallies with the requisition forms for offsite document storage and retrieval.
  • To prepare and execute payment process as per timeframe.

Customer Service Management (Service, Maintenance & Facilities)

  • To administer the general office activities and customer complaints to ensure the smooth and quick activity turnaround.
  • To administer the purchasing activities to ensure the quantity and quality purchased are of accepted standards (process PRs, SAP system).
  • To ensure the registration of employee finger print, distribution of id card, parking sticker execute as per timeframe.

Maintenance Office Management

  • oversees the day to day operations of the maintenance.
  • Execute maintenance procedures and schedules
  • Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
