• Do business development and Identifying new business opportunities
• Understanding clients’ business and identifying their recruitment needs
• Build good rapport with clients and candidates
• Posting job advertisements
• Screening of resumes, arranging and conducting interviews to making offers to successful candidates
• Provide consultation and career advice to clients and candidates
