任职资格
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma studies or equivalent in IT or any related field.
- 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Suites, editing PDF documents.
- Strong technical background with good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Discretion, diplomacy and excellent judgment with regards to confidential information.
- Good communication skills and has a strong sense of urgency.
- Able to work under Pressure.
岗位职责
- Responsible in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of operating systems, drivers, software patches and other PC peripherals.
- Respond and attend to outlets and HQ complain regarding POS system and any other networking issues faced.
- Installing software and networking systems for the Company.
- Troubleshooting network and software issues when necessary.
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems.
- Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
- Ensures of computer hardware / copier / wireless device / projectors / usage are well functioning with minimum breakdown.
- Setting up of new outlet’s POS and operating systems.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
