任职资格
- Must possess at least Diploma or preferably Bachelor’s Degree.
- Preferable languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Have at least 3 years working experience in the related field (Retail).
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skill.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Organization, detail-oriented and multi-tasking skill.
- Able to work with least supervision.
- Familiar with SQL Accounting.
岗位职责
- Responsible to handle full set account to ensure accurate and reliable of accounting record.
- Perform monthly and yearly analysis of financial report.
- Liaise with external auditor, tax agents, secretary, banker and other statutory authorities.
- Assist in budget planning, audit matters and tax computation.
- To monitor cash flow, daily bank-in preparations, and monthly bank reconciliation.
- Reviewing all invoices and payment instructions for appropriate documents.
- Able to organize and follow up independently.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts.
- Any ad-hoc task assignment related with financial, admin and basic by management.
