任职资格
- Required language(s): Mandarin & English & Malaysia
- Good organizing skills and experience in general office administration support.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field.
- Winning attitude, success driven, self-initiated and able to work independently
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient use in Microsoft Office, Excel, Words etc.
岗位职责
- Manage general correspondences, reports, and contracts as directed by Sales Manager and Financial Advisor.
- Maintain and organizes a proper filing system, work areas and office equipment
- To support sales department by administering the sales information system and provide all other administration services for the sales department
- Assists the sales staff through the flow of information and traffic in the office including E-mail, phone calls, appointments and any inquiries in the professional guidance
- Keep meeting minutes for the sales department when required and distribute them to the proper areas
- Proactively solve customer problems and notify to the supervisor on duty immediately to assist in the Service Recovery process.
- To maintain good customer relationship and service existing business partners as well as the prospect
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Sales Department
