任职资格
- Min possess SPM / Diploma, fresh graduate is welcome.
- Have previous experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
岗位职责
- Process and acknowledge customers' purchase orders (PO).
- Prepare sales order, packing list, delivery order and sales invoice.
- Verifying orders, including packed items, customers' delivery information and payment details.
- Plan for lorry delivery route and understand customer’s receiving standard.
- Plan for other transporters' pick-ups and other states' deliveries.
- Do proper documents filling and liaise with the account department.
- Plan and renew for motor vehicle (Lorry& Cars) inspection, insurance, road tax and regular service.
- Any other tasks that assigned by management.
