任职资格
- Minimum possess SPM with working experience
- Computer Knowledge
- Fairly good in English (spoken and written)
- Mandarin (At least Spoken) would be an advantage
- RESPONSIBLE & WELL MANNERED PERSON
岗位职责
- Provide excellent customer service support to customers (new and existing)
- To handle all customer enquiries via phone calls, emails and walk ins
- To provide good follow ups on all matters
- General Admin Duties, Data Entry, Email Correspondence etc.
