任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any Architecture or relevant field
- Preferably with min. 1 years of working experience in Architecture and/or experienced in site coordination/management.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Must possess knowledge in AutoCAD software, Revit & Other graphic software knowledge including latest rendering technologies/softwares, SketchupPro
- Good Knowledge and execution skills in drawing reading.
- Independent & self-motivated.
- Good communication skills, independent & a good team player.
- Good documentation on essential Forms of Paper works and drawings.
- Good Site governance & ensuring the completion of a project on time based on work schedule/program.
岗位职责

- Required to draw and build floor plan and newly design floor plan.
- Prepare final plans, using computer applications
- Basic knowledge and understanding is essential
- Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts
- Responsible to draw a project design outward that fulfils company or client's requirements
- Drafting of submissions on graphic detailing and construction documentation.
- Graphic communication with Clients, Consultants and Contractors
- Coordination & inspection for implementing of construction works in accordance to contracts & drawings.
