任职资格
- Candidates must possess a diploma or degree in Accounting.
- Candidates with 1 to 2 years of related experience are preferred.
- Ability to handle a full set of accounts will be an added advantage.
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Self-motivated
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
岗位职责
- Handle accounts receivables and account payables
- Ensure timely monthly account closing and accurate record keeping
- Prepare and submit GST reports
- Perform general accounting tasks such as data entry and document processing
- Prepare bank reconciliations and analyze financial results
- Verify and process staff claims and reconcile transactions
- Complete general office administration tasks and other duties assigned by superiors.
