任职资格
- Prefer candidates with at least 3 YEARS of related field experience.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or diploma in engineering or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a keen interest in the Lifts and Escalators Industry.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel and work after hours when required.
- Must possess own transportation and valid driving license.
- Good communication skills and keen to perform work in the Lifts and Escalators Industry.
- Working Area: Klang, Shah Alam and Petaling Jaya. Preferable who staying in these area or nearby the above mentioned working area.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or diploma in engineering or a related field.
岗位职责
- Supervise and support the work of service technicians in performing routine servicing and repair tasks.
- Ensure adherence to the company's quality and safety standards during routine servicing and repair works.
- Monitor the condition of worn-out parts and ensure they are documented in the service or repair record.
- Coordinate and schedule technicians to attend lift/escalator breakdowns or call-back services as needed.
- Troubleshoot lifts/escalators and provide the necessary recommendations to the management team.
- Train and develop technicians, and support their growth and performance within the company.
