- Minimum education: SPM
- Able to communicate in Bahasa and English fluently
- Able to deal with customer's outstanding balance
- Had experiences in related job field
- Knowledge in laws and insurance

- Make calls to highlighted customers
- Deal with customers for their outstanding account balance
- Help customer with their related payment
