任职资格
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year customer service experience/passion in customer service
- Read & Write in Mandarin
岗位职责
- Provide customer service
- Field inbound support live chats, emails , telegram from users about our product offerings
- Liaise between department to resolve problems
- Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes
- Research customer inquiries using the appropriate technology
- Use problem solving, analytics, and intuitive skills to follow logic and offer good solutions
