任职资格
- Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in retail industry.
- Candidates with relevant strong working experience as Manager are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities (verbal and written).
- Multi-lingual fluency: REQUIRED to have English & Bahasa Malaysia, plus one other language.
岗位职责
- Managing a retail store, motivating and developing a sales team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements.
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Managing stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits.
- Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
- Handle complains from customers to maintain the store's reputation.
- Oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
