• To coordinate and manage the card membership and loyalty programs in order to achieve the established company business and goals.

  • To respond and communicate with customers pertaining to their queries
  • To assist customers in the event of emergency

     

    Mall marketing events and campaigns

     

    • Responsible in assisting marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Assist on assigned marketing activities such as promotional campaigns, exhibitions, on-ground events, digital campaigns, etc.
