任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 0-3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in external audit or internal audit is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in SQL software will be an added advantage.
- Well verse in Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin – both verbal & written.
- Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, committed, good interpersonal skills and follow up skills.
- Multi-tasking is expected.
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision and able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
岗位职责
- Able to handle full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities;
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of account;
- Prepare financial analysis and update consolidation of accounts to ensure timely delivery of high quality and accurate financial data;
- Ensure financial and management reports and completed and submitted according to the schedule, determined by the management;
- Prepare inter-company reconciliation, bank reconciliation and monthly schedule (eg: fixed assets listing, prepayment, accruals listing & etc);
- Analytical reviews of companies performance;
- Liaise with financial institutions, internal or external auditors, tax agent and other statutory bodies on accounting and financing related matters;
- To communicate with all levels for daily related tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
