任职资格

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to perform under pressure.

岗位职责

  • Manage Customer Account
  • Monitor in coming Purchase Order, issue sales order and other related.
  • Prepare export documents related
  • Responsible for order management. Ensure accurate, promptly response and on time delivery.
  • Attend customer enquiries, Manage customer account.
  • To process and monitor in coming Purchase Order, issue sales order and plan/ schedule for delivery.
  • Escalate the delivery schedule to Warehouse to ensure fulfill customer’s delivery requirement.
  • Build up rapport with customers.
  • Keep customer update on product movement, delivery date and latest information.
  • Issue monthly forecast to Planning Department.
  • Monitor stocks and ensure customer stock is always at agreed level.
  • To prepare export documents and liaise with customs on necessary approval.
  • To ensure all records are properly maintained, updated and remain traceable. Prepare monthly departmental KPI report.
  • Maintain customer database in SAP system.
  • To perform any others duties as assigned by superior.
