Senior HR Executive

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement organization design, performance management, succession planning, skills assessment and talent development strategies to achieve business goals.
• Collects and compiles HR data from various sources to deep dive into problematic areas for further improvement.
• Build and maintain healthy relationship with stakeholders and be the focal point for all HR related matters.
• Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues; coach selected employees as needed in complex situations.
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities entail.
