任职资格
- At least 5 years of relevant HR work experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Familiar with Malaysia labour laws, foreign worker issues and payroll
- Able to speak mandarin as job incumbent needs to deal with mandarin-speaking counterparts
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective team player that can plan, organise and coordinate effectively
- Able to deal with all levels of people and stakeholders
- Preferably able to travel and deal with government agencies
岗位职责
- Able to handle full spectrum of HR and admin function, including full set payroll
- Drive end to end recruitment process independently, including dealing with vendors for contract labour or foreign labour requirements
- Liaise with local authorities for compliance or regulatory issues
- Maintain employee records, filing systems and updated employee database
- Resolving employee issues and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary
- Monitor implementation of HR policies and procedures in the Company
- Ad hoc projects or activities when required
