任职资格
- Prepare invoices.
- Send the bill to the Entrepreneur for payment.
- Ensuring Entrepreneurs make payments for bill according to the set time.
- Updating stock daily.
- Send the sales amount to the Manager.
- Update franchise raw material purchase data according to invoices.
- Ensure suppliers arrive on time.
- Ensure the office is neat and clean.
- Ensure sufficient office equipment.
- Perform tasks that will be assigned from time to time.
岗位职责
- Possess a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Certificate in Accounting.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in Accounting.
- New graduates will be considered.
- Proficient with office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ability to lead the Accounts and Finance Team.
- Creative minded and can accept Chief instructions.
