任职资格
- Certificate or Diploma in electrical, electronic or mechanical
- Min 2 years working experience in Technical related environment.
- Able to work independently, mature, analytical mind, result oriented with positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with local vicinity
- Knowledge & experience in service and repairs of electrical or electronics items
- Willing to travel when required
岗位职责
- Provide services to Indoor/ Outdoor customers and technical support to outlets
- Perform field service as and when require
- Service & repair demonstration units upon return from Outlets/Counters / Fairs
- Attend to customers technical enquiry and provide solutions, feedback
- Spare parts requisition and control
- Able to attend outstation service cases.
- Any other related duty to be assigned from time to time
- Provide technical report upon repair completion
