任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountant.
- Experience at least 3 years in the related field.
- At least 3 years experience to accounting software.
- The ability to work independently and seek help or assistance as needed.
- Positive working and learning attitude most required.
- Computer literate and knowledge in accounting software is required.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin.
岗位职责
We are a progressive, dynamic and an established e-commerce company located in 16 Sierra Puchong with more than 10 years of excellent reputation. Fully involved online retails at Lazada, shopee & others.
In line with our rapid business expansion plan, we are seeking highly motivated and caliber individuals to join our team to fill the following positions:-
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, stock inbound/outbound paperwork follow up.
- Maintain Stock Control Listing and liaise with Admin Department.
- Perform monthly statement reconciliation.
- Liaison with various departments to ensure efficient work-flow;
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filling, data entry.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
