- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Clear thinking, good network sensitivity, and ability to capture hot topics.
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in office software.
- Familiar with operating procedures of mainstream new media platforms such as Kuaishou, Douyin, TikTok, etc. with practical experience.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with a positive work attitude and innovation spirit.
- Strong team spirit with strong communication skills.
岗位职责
- Develop marketing strategies based on data and consumer needs.
- Be accountable for GMV metrics.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to gain insights and develop strategies for improvement.
- Develop optimization solutions for livestreaming rooms.
- Follow up with live streamers, monitor back-end interactions and assist in resolving livestream issues.
- Maintain good order in the livestreaming rooms and handle various unexpected situations that arise.
- Record and analyze data after each livestreaming session.
- Record and follow up on fans/followers interactions during livestreams and respond to their questions.
- Manage and optimize livestreaming operations for TikTok.
- Execute marketing strategies and be sensitive to data and consumer behavior.
- Be accountable for GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), including GMV/traffic, click-through rate, conversion rate, etc.
- Analyze and improve performance and develop and implement strategies based on insights.
