任职资格
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a digital marketing and advertising position.
- Strong, inspirational leadership skills to manage and motivate a marketing team to deliver marketing activities, campaigns, and collaborations, and build customer engagement to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
岗位职责
- Design and develop online marketing strategies, digital roadmap, creative campaigns that aligned with the business goals and directions.
- Design the digital or online marketing including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Establish and understand the social media strategies and evaluate the return on investment (ROI).
- Establish brand awareness, communication strategies, social media selection.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Prepare a marketing plan and strategies.
- Prepare a copywriting for any marketing campaign.
- Working/leading team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
