任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics or related field of study.
- Preferably experienced in project management tools.
- Versatile and adaptable to take on changing day to day tasks
- Structured & analytical thinking
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia languages
- Any marketing experience (online/offline) is a bonus
岗位职责
- Coordinating daily operational functions.
- Monitoring budgets, managing resource forecasts, or creating a resource capacity plan.
- Identify and resolve related issues, improving business efficiency.
- Collaborates with all management staff to identify and deliver the required administrative support operations for the organization.
- Maintains the organization’s administrative policies and procedures manual.
- Maintaining an update regarding project status and risks.
- Provide a centralized management structure/information for all project management functions.
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
- Support the Project Manager to drive all planned activities forward from planning to implementation
