任职资格
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Art/Management or related field from recognized Higher Institution
- At least 5 – 7 years experiences as manager in related fields preferably in manufacturing semiconductor
- Strong manufacturing and human development knowledge.
- Strong negotiation power, analytical skills and ability to influent others to give support to achieve the KPI target.
- Good knowledge in semiconductor process flow and production control.
- Experienced in human control, and have good methodical technique in technology synchronization and process harmonization
岗位职责
- To plan, organize and directs the team to meet company production target by performing following duties personally or through subordinates.
- Plan, lead, and manage production team to achieve all department Key Performance Index in term of Quality, Cost, Delivery and Environment & Safety.
- Manage and monitor production achievement based on daily, weekly and monthly production target in order to ensure meet production achievement target.
- Provide and ensure process has sufficient operators and make an arrangement in the event of sudden requirement of additional process flow due to quality issue in order to maintain optimum operating condition with maximum output.
- Provide a support to Process Owner in term of managing the Work In Progress (WIP) especially abnormal lots .which stays long in process. Liaise with engineering for treatment execution and decision.
- Plan, demand and provide the budget to production process to ensure sufficient tools and jigs for production in order to ensure smooth production. and to maintain good 5S3T , safety and environment matters in process.
- Manage the overall team and provide solutions of any production issues by taking into considerations of product quality, time delivery, cost, etc., with effective communication within the company whenever appropriate and necessary.
- Provide proper training and coaching to the Operational/Manufacturing members on any key changes on production line or specifications.
- Prepare all necessary analysis report and its recommendations for improvements as and when needed.
