任职资格
- Candidates currently earning below RM6,000 are not encouraged to apply!
- Successful sales manager/ executives (consistently meeting or exceeding targets) are welcome!
- Demonstrated ability to strategize, plan and communicate credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Ability to maintain databased and update achievements of OKRs
- Mandarin speaking is a bonus point
岗位职责
- Achieve sales targets and growth by achieving own target and successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure our strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging
- Identify Cross-selling opportunities to promote and link other opportunities.
- Accomplish department and organization goals by accepting ownership for new requests by the Management.
- Develop and maintain customer performance metrics, growth plans and account management plans.
