任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Have at least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
岗位职责
- Assist in overseeing the full spectrum of HR which includes, Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, On-Boarding, Performance Management, Payroll, Training & Development, Industrial Relation & Employee.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Handle day-to-day HR duties
- Maintain a proper filing for documents system within HR team, ensuring complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Attend interviews and conduct employee orientation and training programs.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
- Ensure proper documentation and processing of the application/renewal/termination of Expatriate and Foreign Workers.
- Ad-hoc HR-related matters.
