任职资格
- A degree holder with minimum min 5 – 8 years' relevant experience in after-sales services, preferably in accessories / luxury / FMCG industry
- Prior experience and/or strong passion in watches would be a definite advantage
- Ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator with strong analytical, and problem-solving and leadership skills
- Service driven with an eye for details
岗位职责
- Plan and administer the day-to-day management and operation of the workshop
- Direct after-sales services workflow, spare parts order management, installation & maintenance of clocks, and implement action plans on long term after-sales operational efficiency
- Provide analytical support to overall service operations as well as coordinating with regional repairs teams on watches and validate any quality issues
- Support training and recruitment of technicians locally following stringent training and selection standards from regional HQ
- Responsible for periodic refurbishing of the existing workshop as well as supervision of general building maintenance
- Ensure customer satisfaction and product quality assurance through attending to customer feedback and complaints on daily basis
- Provide ground leadership to guide, coach and motivate aftersales staff
- Enforce systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards in place
- Conduct periodical performance review of staff to ensure individual and Company’s objectives are met
- Ensure workshop operations are in compliance with local regulations and workplace safety
- Ensure timely delivery of service watches with minimal returns
- Other duties as assigned
