岗位职责
- Supervise quality and progress of work and ensures that projects are completed within stipulated period and budgets.
- Effective and efficient implementation of project in accordance with drawings, specifications, approved PQP and etc.
- Perform monthly site measurements.
- Examine & verify material delivered to site prior to unloading.
- Monitor, supervise and control for all labours, materials, machinery, construction activities, etc. to ensure smooth and effective operation for the project.
- Verify & acknowledge DO.
- Coordinate with subcontractor works pertaining to project requirements and objectives.
- Liaise with government agencies, local authorities, subcontractors, clients, suppliers and consultants on day-to-day affairs.
- Ensure all staffs and subcontractors adhere to the company’s environmental, safety & health requirements.
- Receive and accept goods and materials at site.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
