任职资格
- Preferred Male candidate
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma level.
- Salary negotiable base on experience.
- Required language: Mandarin , English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Min 2 year(s) working experience in related field (forwarding / logistics)
- Computer literate
- Pleasant personal, dynamic and aggressive
- Required skill (s) : Microsoft Office
- Must have own transport
- Knowledge in SQL System
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma level.
岗位职责
- To manage and monitor scheduling for deliveries to customers site/depoh/supplier.
- Monitoring renewal of lorry inspection/road tax/insurance.
- Monitoring depot pass/driving liciense/medical check-up for lorry drivers.
- Monitoring lorry refuel/ touch'n go.
- Site deliveries confirmation for lorry loading/unloading.
- Identify subordinate training needs.
- To handle and obtaining quotation for comparison on lorry spare parts and hardware,confirmed and issuing purchase order, invoice as required.
- To maintain proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
- To ensure the implementation of Total Management System in companywide.
- Manage and monitoring lorries GPS speed reports.
- Update deliveries schedule in whatapps group.
- Update daily maintenance checking records.
- Any other task assigned by the superior.
