任职资格
- Internship period within APR 2023 - DEC 2023 are welcome
- Able to commit for at least 3 months (work from home /any location)
- Undergraduates with linguistic, management and administrative related students
- Well organized, responsible and good attention to details
- Willing to learn and committed to achieving good performance
- Good in communication, able to give and accept constructive criticism
- English proficiency is a must, basic Mandarin proficiency is a plus
岗位职责
- Assisting in daily administrative operation including but not limited to filing and organizing files, document preparation, databases bookkeeping, writing, and distributing email, letters and forms as well as creating and maintaining the content for social media.
- Assisting in translation project of different languages pairs
- Involve in simple translation or editing tasks (depends)
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
