任职资格
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
岗位职责
- Perform admin function for the Company; e.g. uploading products to company online store, marketplace (Shopee/Lazada), maintain uptodate online product listing, products' pricing, inventory as well as online order processing, including packing and getting ready for courier service pick up.
- Acting as customer service to replay online customer's enquiry, guide customer to place an order, to give feedback and good rating.
- Performing basic accounting task, e.g. assisting accountant to key in the accounting data into excel or software; Preparing invoice payable listing (training will be given by superior).
- Providing assistance to other staffs when necessary.
- Other ad hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.
