• Check and monitor staff entitlement on staff expenses claim form and overtime and forward to Finance for payment process.
• Collect, compile and provide payroll data information to HQ for the salary payment process.
• Maintains employee information - updating employment data and status-change data.
• Assist in operational support of recruitment, employee relations, welfare and other HR support duties.
• Assist in identifying staff vacancies and plan for recruiting, interviewing and applicants selecting activities.
• Assist in coordinating new hire orientation programs.
• Collect, compile and submit reports on employees related to SOCSO, EPF and Labour Office (when required).
• Maintains staff training record -as required by Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Promote healthy working relationships through providing and ensuring support and assistance to all employees.
• Maintains confidentiality of data and documents of the business organization.
• Assist in Apprenticeship Program.
• Monitor the security guard and cleaning provider services and recommend any improvement for the services.
• Coordinate and administer company function, meeting and special event (arrangement for the meeting or gathering venue, decoration, refreshment and gift)
• Monitor Duty Executive roster and activities. To provide a schedule for on-call duty. To arrange replacement for duty executives.
• Administer the travel desk for staff
• Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Management
