岗位职责
This company is based in Sarawak, Project of Package B1 Road Construction from Sebuyau to Lingga division.
1. Lead the Engineering Department and supervise staff efficiently.
2. Develop a details plan for new designs and products.
3. Coordinating work with other managers and related staff regarding the project work progress.
4. Managing the efficient operation of projects, providing supervision and direction to other engineers
5. Working closely with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors.
6. Involve in recruiting and interviewing Site Engineers and Site Supervisors when needed.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must have at least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
2. Candidate must have rich management ability and leadership skills to interact effectively with all levels.
3. Preferably to have good proficiency in Mandarin communication skills to have better communication with the management.
4. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
