岗位职责
• Responsible for the planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspect of given projects.
• Responsible for monitoring and ensure effective communication and coordination between all disciplines and all other project participants.
• Responsible to ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants and that the requirements of client are being satisfied.
• Responsible to initiate with appropriate corrective action of the technical problem.
• Responsible for coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement team on material & service provider sourcing
• Responsible to ensure all duties are conducted with accordance to Company’s QHS Management System.
• Responsible for all matters assigned by Head of Department but not limited to structural engineering works, site and project coordination, meeting and liaising with clients, consultants, and authorities.
Requirement :
• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Structure, Mechanical, Electrical).
• Min. 3 years’ relevant experience in project coordination, engineering, construction, project management in Marine or Oil & Gas Industry.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Adaptable to fast paced work environment able to work under pressure, able to finish assigned work on time.
• Proactive, good communicative and interpersonal skills, able to coordinate with different discipline staff and work well in a team.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
• PC Literate.
