Operations Engineer

- Provide technical support to customers, as well as operations and sales department. Duties include conducting official plant trial mixes, monitoring of in-situ concrete performance at site, and providing technical data or specifications that is required by customers and internal departments
- Maintain laboratory and testing facilities, responsible for test procedures and accurate results of raw materials and concrete in accordance with the relevant international testing methods and specifications
- Assist in evaluating and monitoring test results of raw materials and concrete so as to develop design mixes that optimizes the qualities of different raw materials
- Prepare internal and external audit documents for laboratories and plants
- Ensure orderly stock-take of materials
- Plan orders of resources including raw materials, mixer trucks, manpower and etc
- Communicate regularly with drivers and solve their issues
- Maintain good housekeeping of plant and ensure plant assets are well-maintained
- Control and monitor plant utilities
- Any other duties assigned by the management

Requirements:
- Knowledge on civil engineering, construction technology, material science, concrete technology and production
- Knowledge on laboratory tests, relevant standards and specifications
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering or equivalent
