任职资格
Work Location: Shah Alam / Cheras / Penang / Johor Bharu
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree/Professional Degree in any relevant field.
- Have at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Positive attitude and good teamwork.
- Advantage of having team management skill.
- High emotional skills to deal with customer and staff.
- Good responsibility.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Willing to relocate to other outlet.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends and Public Holidays.
岗位职责
- Maintain a profitable and reputable outlet, arrange staff schedule.
- Properly opening and/or closing the outlets as well as handling and taking over shifts.
- Ensure the restaurant is organised and restocked for full service and order the stock according to requirement.
- Ensure low wastage level of products.
- Promotes teamwork among staffs to enhance sales performance and customers; satisfaction.
- Monitor and control business operation, to ensure the outlet operation flow smoothly and the outlet staff follow SOP.
- Deliver a consistent quality product.
- Ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the customer service feedback and complaints handling.
- Responsible for the restaurant environment hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
- Plan and execute the deployment of service crew.
- Collaborate with HR to prepare Attendance Report, Annual Leave Form, New Staff Form, OT Form in well-detailed.
- Safeguard company assets and equipments following operational guidelines and standards.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and surpass customer's expectations on each occasion.
- Working closely with management to plan and implement new ideas for promotions and upcoming events.
