- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 - 5 years in the construction field, preferably with experience in road maintenance
- Responsible for managing road maintenance and repair works to meet JKR requirements
- Responsible for planning and managing the workforce to ensure road maintenance works are done on a timely manner based on routine, periodic and emergency requirement
- Responsible to manage the both administration and technical operation at district offices so that all operations run smoothly
-Responsible to plan and manage available machineries to prevent distruptions of the road maintenance works
- Responsible to liaise and manage public complaints as well as to liaise with other authorities in regard to state road defects
- Responsible to work with HR Department in staffing and recruitment matters for the district office
- Responsible to lead the whole team of district offices to meet the yearly objectives in relation to road maintenance works
