任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a CRM or customer analytics role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques such as regression analysis, clustering, and segmentation.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

岗位职责
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns that can be used to improve the customer experience.
