Job Description

• Assist in Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in motivating and supporting the Food Safety Team to implement and maintain the FSMS to be in line with business needs.
• Assist in upgrading and maintaining the ISO 22000:2018 certification.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirement and HACCP and/or ISO 22000:2018
• Develop and upgrade food safety plans for existing and new outlets.
• Establish the sampling plan for laboratory tests
• Verify the accuracy of lab test, interpreting the lab results and applying the results as verification to the system compliance
• Lead the food safety team in conducting internal system compliance audits
• Verify the certificates of analysis as part of the purchasing criteria and food suppliers ranking in the process of monitoring the incoming purchased materials

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/ Food Science/ Food Study/ Microbiology.
• Minimum 10 years working experience in the related field with knowledge on Food and Safety Management System in a hotel industry
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and writing.
• Confident and strong interactive skills with internal/external parties.
• Good knowledge of computer software applications and report writing skills.
• Possess managerial skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
