Responsibilities
Responsible in ensuring company policy and procedure are successfully implemented and properly adhered.
Providing counselling to all Head of Sections on policies and procedures
Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and work closely with HQ HR to managing the hiring process.
Responsible to coordinating the foreign worker application quota to ensure smoothly process and accordingly to the government rules and regulations
On-board new employees and guide them on company policy and procedures.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Ensuring proper record-keeping of employee information
Work closely with Head of Section on updating organization chart and send to HQ HR to keep a copy.
Ensuring accurate on time attendance record before submit to HQ HR to process payroll
To verify and validate on overtime form submit by Head of Section.
Performing administrative tasks such as coordinator for MSPO documentation, compose and type letters, memoranda, and other correspondence.
Overseeing canteen operation and social events.
Work closely with colleague on monitoring hostel repairing and checking.
To seek guidance from HQ HR before liaise with government pertaining to employees matter ie. JTK, Perkeso and etc.
Performs administration duties as required such as monitoring of company vehicle usage, business licenses, stationeries, canteen operator matters, uniforms and any other matters.
Ensure administration or general clerk handle incoming calls and reply emails.
Organize storage and filing system of paperwork, documentation control and computer based information.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in HR/ Administration or its equivalent.
At least three years working experience in same capacity, preferably in similar or related industries.
Preferably bilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Knowledgeable in palm oil mill administration and able to manage store operation.
