任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Good in administrative and organizational skills.
岗位职责
- To assist on sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- To assist on screening candidates resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- To assist on posting, updating and removing positions on websites and job boards
- To assist on preparing HR related letters such as offer letter, bank letter and etc.
- To assist on schedule interviews and proofread HR documents.
- To assist in maintaining the day-to-day operational activities in the Human Resources Department.
- To provide administrative support on all HR related administration matters.
- To participate in organizing company events and careers days.
- Any ad-hoc tasks that has been assigned.
