任职资格

Our company is looking for a business development executive responsible for liaising with the new leads and meeting sales goals. 

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics and superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

  • Experience in sales (added advantage)
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including word, excel, and outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin.

岗位职责

  • Be knowledgeable about the product.
  • Identify prospective customers and bring high conversion.
  • Channelling the new leads from FaceBook mainly to teachers' previews.
  • Obtaining contact information from the new leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Obtaining payments from clients.
  • Following up with clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions about products, prices, and availability.
  • Providing the information to the clients after sales.
  • Understanding clients' pain points, and needs and emphasising the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
