Job Summary:The IT Support will assist the IT support team in providing technical assistance and support to end-users for various computer systems, hardware, and software applications. This includes helping to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT issues, documenting and tracking issues and resolutions, and escalating issues when necessary.Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, hardware, software, and other related IT equipment.- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to network connectivity, software and hardware, printers, and other IT-related equipment.- Document and track all IT issues, resolutions, and escalation steps in a timely and accurate manner.- Ensure that all IT equipment and systems are fully operational and updated with the latest security patches and software updates.- Assist in managing and maintaining IT-related equipment and systems, including servers, workstations, and network equipment.- Provide end-users with basic IT training and assistance to ensure proper usage and maintenance of IT equipment.- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.- Communicate effectively with end-users and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and resolution of IT issues.- Adhere to IT policies and procedures, including security protocols, to ensure data privacy and security.
