任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Able to speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing a fresh perspective and offering intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate with well-versed in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to work under stringent deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Pleasant, diligent and willing to learn.
岗位职责
- To assist in performing all duties and responsibilities related to company secretarial matters such as preparing resolutions, filing annual returns, keeping datelines of the companies and preparing documents to lodge with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and other authorities.
- To update and maintain all relevant register book forms & other statutory documents
- To liaise with clients for outstanding matters.
- To assist in administration works.
- To Prepare and draft tax computation.
